Join a Commission
Commissions are volunteer committees formed by the Board of Directors to extend its capabilities to deal with the many facets of the Woodlands at Oakhurst North Condominium Association.
A commission makes recommendations to the Board. However, only the Board can take action with respect to recommendations made by a commission. In this regard, a commission is essentially an information gathering body, providing the board with data that it will consider in making a decision.

Welcome
Welcome new members to Woodlands at Oakhurst North, provide needed information, and make new members feel a sense of belonging.
Landscape
Inspect the common areas within the Association and report landscape maintenance issues to Commission Chairman for review and consideration by the Board of Directors.
Garbage
Ensure garbage cans are brought in from the street according to Rules and Regulations.
